01 Consumer Research

Before being officially onboarded, Enzo Drew spent a month interviewing the full spectrum of headwear consumers. This respect for the end user ensured strategic decisions and creative outputs would resonate with the target audience. Seeing its success initially, they conducted consumer research throughout all special projects.

02 Brand Positioning & Awareness

Enzo Drew’s first main objective for Hat Club was to elevate the brand via its social platforms. Through immersive storytelling and high value production, they helped grow Hat Club’s Instagram followership from 90K to 750K in less than 2 years.

03 NY Flagship

For the reopening of Hat Club’s Noho flagship, Enzo Drew spent three months in NY tasked with community relations, content development, mural execution, and event production. This helped establish an honest understanding of the consumer and their interests.
